Octeryx OS Care is being designed to help care home groups understand meaningful change across homes without erasing local responsibility or exposing every detail to every operator.

## The Group Problem

Group operators need to know where attention is required, where patterns repeat and whether each home is responding. Today that picture may be divided across systems, reports, calls, spreadsheets and local knowledge.

## The Octeryx Role

At group level, Octeryx is intended to provide policy-shaped oversight of:

- Material changes and unresolved notices
- Cross-home operational patterns
- Handover and response states
- Device and system health signals
- Evidence that required review or follow-up occurred
- Clear delegation to the responsible home or role

Group visibility should reveal what matters without creating blanket access to every resident detail.

## Relationship To Care Homes

Each care home remains responsible for its residents, staff workflows and approved family communication. The group surface supports governance and oversight; the care-home surface supports everyday delivery.

## Current Stage

Octeryx OS Care is in active R&D. Public materials do not claim live provider deployment, regulatory approval, certified operation or production readiness.
